Credits are the universal currency for AI actions on Elmob. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Each AI action (writing a review response, generating an image, sending an SMS) costs a set number of credits. Unused credits do not roll over.

Yes. On the Solo Operator plan and above, you can purchase credit packs anytime from your dashboard: 100 credits for $10, 500 credits for $40 (20% off), or 2,000 credits for $140 (30% off).

Everything runs on credits, so there is no separate dollar overage bill. AI Receptionist talk time costs 16 credits a minute and each SMS costs 2 credits, drawn first from your monthly allowance and then from any credit packs you have bought. If you run out of credits, calls fall back to voicemail rather than auto-charging you, and you top up with a credit pack when you want.

Agency ($797/mo) is self-serve for up to 10 clients with white-label, fine-tuning, API, and audit log. Enterprise (custom pricing) starts at 25 clients and adds a dedicated Account Manager, SLA, priority support, multi-location support, custom integrations, and custom fine-tune training quotas. No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly at a 20% discount, but you can still cancel and your access remains until the end of the billing period.

You will need to upgrade to the next plan to add more clients. On the Agency plan, you can purchase extra client slots at $75/client/mo without upgrading. Your existing clients and data are never affected. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference.

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. You pay once per year upfront. If you cancel mid-year, your access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.
