  • Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Account preferences and configuration settings

Platform Usage Data

  • Client and lead information you input into the Platform
  • Content you create or generate using AI tools
  • SMS messages sent and received through the Platform
  • Voice call recordings and transcriptions
  • Chat widget conversations
  • Review data, ranking data, and analytics
  • Integration data from connected services (Google, Meta, etc.)

Automatically Collected Information

  • IP address, browser type, operating system
  • Pages viewed, features used, and session duration
  • Device identifiers and cookies
  • Referral URLs and UTM parameters

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Send SMS messages and make voice calls on your behalf
  • Generate AI-powered content, responses, and recommendations
  • Sync data with your connected integrations (Google, Meta, Twilio)
  • Send transactional notifications (account alerts, reports, reminders)

3. Information Sharing and Referrals

By submitting a quote request, service inquiry, or any contact form on this website, you acknowledge and agree that your submitted information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, project description, and location, may be shared with other vetted local professionals, contractors, or service providers in your area. This referral is made to ensure you receive timely, competitive, and relevant responses to your inquiry.

We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any third-party professional to whom your information may be referred. By using this website, you consent to this referral process.

4. SMS and Voice Communications

When you use SMS and Voice AI features, we process phone numbers and message content to deliver communications on your behalf. Specifically:

  • SMS Messages: Message content, phone numbers, delivery status, and timestamps are stored to provide message history and delivery tracking
  • Voice Calls: Call metadata (caller number, duration, timestamps) is stored. Call recordings and transcriptions may be stored when Voice AI is enabled
  • Speed-to-Lead: When enabled, the Platform automatically sends SMS messages to new leads on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring recipients have consented to receive messages
  • Automated Messages: Appointment reminders, review requests, and follow-up texts are sent automatically based on your configuration

SMS and voice services are provided through Twilio. Twilio's privacy policy applies to the telecommunications aspects of these services.

5. AI Data Processing

The Platform uses artificial intelligence providers (including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to process your data for content generation, lead qualification, review responses, and other AI-powered features. When AI processes your data:

  • Your business information and brand profile are sent to AI providers to generate contextual responses
  • Lead conversations and call transcripts may be processed by AI for qualification and scoring
  • AI providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and do not use your data to train their models (per our enterprise agreements)
  • AI-generated outputs are stored in our database and associated with your account

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services, we access and process data from those services:

  • Google: Analytics data, Business Profile metrics, Ads performance, keyword rankings. Accessed via OAuth with your explicit authorization
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Page insights, ad performance, messaging. Accessed via OAuth with your explicit authorization
  • Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store full credit card numbers
  • Twilio: SMS delivery, voice calls, A2P messaging

You may disconnect integrations at any time through your Platform settings. Disconnecting stops future data syncing but does not automatically delete previously synced data.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential: Authentication tokens (JWT), session management. Required for the Platform to function
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) to understand usage patterns. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
  • Tracking Pixels: Our embeddable pixel tracks website visitors for clients who install it on their websites. This data is associated with the client's account

8. Data Security

We implement security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Encrypted API keys and credentials (Cloudflare encrypted environment variables)
  • JWT-based authentication with role-based access control
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) support
  • Data isolation between client accounts and organizations
  • Rate limiting on all API endpoints

While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after account closure
  • Activity Logs: Retained for 180 days, then automatically purged
  • SMS Messages: Retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Voice Recordings: Retained for 90 days unless configured otherwise
  • Chat Conversations: Retained for 90 days
  • Analytics Data: KPI snapshots retained indefinitely for trend analysis

10. Agency and White-Label Data Processing

If you are an agency using the Platform to manage clients, you act as the data controller for your clients' data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent from your clients for data collection and processing
  • Maintaining your own privacy policy that covers your clients' data
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws for your clients' data

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

12. Your Rights (Nevada / CCPA / GDPR)

Nevada Residents: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
