We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime measured at the API tier (api.elmob.ai). If we drop below that in any calendar month, every active subscription gets an automatic credit on the next invoice equal to the percentage we missed by, doubled. No support ticket. No proof required.
Example: 99.0% uptime in a calendar month means you missed 0.5%. Your next invoice gets 1.0% credited automatically.
