Trust
Every promise we make. In one page. With receipts.
Most marketing platforms don't earn the stay. They lock you in, hide the fees, hand your account to an offshore intern, and slap a non-disparagement clause on the cancellation paperwork.
We made the opposite bet. Every commitment below is enforceable in our Terms of Service. Every screenshot links to the actual feature. Every claim has a receipt.
You can cancel anytime, in one click, in the app.
Settings > Billing > Cancel. No retention call. No 60-day notice. No form. Email confirmation in 60 seconds. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Why this matters: Zero auto-renew traps. Most agencies require written notice 60-90 days before renewal. We don't.
You own your domain, your website, and your customer list.
We never register your domain in our name. Your customer list is exportable to CSV from Settings > Export Data, day one of your trial. If you leave, you take everything with you, including the leads our AI captured for you.
Why this matters: Most agencies build your site on a proprietary CMS so you have to start over when you leave. We don't.
You own your Google Ads account. We never bill it.
Google charges your card directly for ad spend. We charge our flat platform fee separately. No 2x markup on your ad spend hidden in 'managed services'. If you cancel, your Google Ads account stays with you, and any unused ad budget is refunded within 7 days.
Why this matters: ReachLocal and Yodle were caught marking up Google Ads 2x to 2.5x. We don't touch your ad budget at all.
Hate us out loud. No gag clauses, ever.
Our Terms of Service explicitly say you can publicly review, criticize, or write about us with no penalty. No non-disparagement clause. No NDA gag. If we ever try to silence a customer review, sue us.
Why this matters: Several major platforms make leaving customers sign a non-disparagement clause. Look it up. We refuse to.
Lifetime price lock for existing customers.
The price you sign up at is the price you keep, for as long as you stay. We add features. We don't add charges. No year-2 surprise hike. No 'mandatory upgrade.' This is in our Terms of Service.
Why this matters: Year-2 price hikes of 50% to 200% are standard in this industry. We pre-committed in writing not to do that.
One line item on your invoice. Forever.
All-in monthly. No 10DLC fee. No SMS-per-message charge. No extra-seat fee. No 'compliance surcharge.' One number. The same number every month.
Why this matters: Surprise add-on fees (10DLC, extra phones, compliance) are the #1 billing complaint at Podium and HighLevel. We charge one number.
If we get acquired, you get a free 90-day exit.
Local marketing platforms get acquired by private equity all the time. Quality drops. Customers stay locked in. Our Terms of Service give you a 90-day no-penalty exit window the moment ownership of Elmob changes, with full data export and a refund of any prepaid balance.
Why this matters: Yodle was acquired by Web.com. Scorpion rolled up GNGF. Quality dropped, contracts didn't budge. We pre-committed an exit you can take.
Real AI. Real model names. Real cost ledger.
We use Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Veo, NanoBanana 2, and ElevenLabs. We name every model that touches your data on /models, sourced from the actual routing table in our worker. Every API call we make on your behalf is logged with token count and dollar cost in your Plan & Usage panel. If a human writes something, we say so.
Why this matters: Builder.ai raised $700M selling 'AI assistant Natasha' that turned out to be 700 humans in India. Air AI got banned by the FTC for AI claims. We name the model.
Your AI sounds like you, not like a chatbot.
Every AI output (review responses, GBP posts, ad copy, voice receptionist) goes through a quality gate scored against the brand voice we collect during onboarding. Below threshold means human review before it ships. Voice AI requires you to approve five sample calls before it ever talks to a real customer.
Why this matters: 46% of consumers can spot AI reviews now. We don't ship below-threshold output to your customers.
Bot leads don't count. We don't bill for them. We don't show them to you.
Every lead form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and behavioral checks. Bots get filtered server-side. They never appear in your dashboard. They never count toward 'leads delivered.' Read the full methodology at /methodology/leads.
Why this matters: 10-30% of inbound leads are bots for most local businesses. Most agencies count them. We don't.
Reviews go straight to Google. Always.
When we ask your customers for a review, they go directly to your Google Business Profile review URL. We never route to a private 'review board' that siphons 5-star reviews to a third-party site. Your reviews are visible on Google, where prospects search.
Why this matters: Multiple platforms route reviews to their own dashboards instead of Google, so the 5-star reviews live where nobody can find them. We send straight to Google.
Revenue, not impressions. Your dashboard shows booked jobs.
The home screen of your account shows attributed revenue from marketing in dollars. Impressions, clicks, and reach live behind an Advanced tab. Every booked job links back to the ad click, page, and form fill that produced it.
Why this matters: Charts going up while business stays flat is the #1 complaint about marketing reporting. We default to dollars.
Named team, no offshore handoff.
Every account has a named lead strategist and operations partner with photos, hours, and async availability shown in your account. If they leave, you're notified and you get to interview their replacement.
Why this matters: 'Pitched by senior, delivered by junior offshore' is the loudest complaint on every agency review site. We name the humans.
Live in 7 days, or your first month is free.
Onboarding is express by default. 7-item checklist, in-place modals, no 'we'll be in touch in 6 weeks.' If we miss the 7-day live target, your first month's subscription is free.
Why this matters: Setup taking 60 to 90 days while billing already started is one of the most common complaints. We pre-commit to 7 days.
Public uptime page. Auto-credit on misses.
status.elmob.ai shows current uptime and 90-day history. If we drop below 99.5%, you get an automatic SLA credit on your next invoice, without asking.
Why this matters: Most agencies have no public status page. When their dashboard breaks, you find out from your customers.
14-day grace period if your card declines. Read-only access. Never blackout.
If a payment fails, your account goes read-only for 14 days. Inbox stays accessible. AI receptionist stays answering. You don't lose data or service while you fix the card.
Why this matters: Several platforms cut off the entire account, including the lead inbox, the moment a card declines. We give you 14 days of read-only.
The things we don't have yet (and won't pretend we do)
If we're going to call this a trust page, we have to be honest about the gaps too.
- We're new at the SLA credit auto-apply.We commit to it in writing. If you ever hit it and we don't credit automatically, email [email protected] and we'll credit + apologize publicly.
- We don't have third-party SOC 2 yet. We're targeting it for 2026. In the meantime, every commitment on this page is in our Terms of Service, which is enforceable in Nevada court.
- Some features are roadmap.Threads publishing, TikTok, LinkedIn deep integrations are still rolling out. We mark these COMING SOON in the platform, not AVAILABLE. We won't bill you for what isn't shipped.
If we ever break one of these, here is what to do.
- 1. Email [email protected] with the receipt (screenshot, charge, conversation).
- 2. If we don't fix it within 7 days, write a public review anywhere you want. We won't sue you. We don't have a non-disparagement clause to wave at you.
- 3. If a billing dispute, charge it back. We'll refund and apologize first.
