Why we publish this
Most marketing platforms will show you their MRR chart and a wall of glowing testimonials. They will not tell you how much of your inbound traffic was bots, how often their dashboard went down last quarter, or whether anyone ever exported their data and left. We publish those numbers for the same reason we wrote no auto-renew into the contract: trust is built by exposure to the truth, not by curated marketing.
